My account got banned and I have tried to contact them, i have sent emails, calling everything, no answer.
I have tried telling them everything, i have sent tickets and everything and instead of helping me out all of the tickets say solved.
1. I have read every term and service and all the community guidelines and i believe I have not broke any of them but they will not listen or help out

I have tried everything in my power to explain why they have falsely banned my account
3.

I can not get into my account to see the standings so I dont even know what i did wrong and they refuse to tell me what rule I have broke for my account to be banned
4. I dont even know how long i am banned for because they refuse to tell me or answer my calls
so if anyone can help me please I would greatly appreciate it because I need my discord account so I can get started with my job.

Warning: the details about this review have mentions of topics that aren't good to talk about: The other day, my friend and I were goofing around in a voice call. I heard him laugh, and I asked him why, to which he responded nothing.

I had asked again; he then proceeded to send some sus GIFs until he had sent one that was not suitable for the rules and terms of service of Discord (it was a GIF of a child r***ing another child). Though Discord had let it go through, so I don't get why I'm getting penalized and my friend isn't. Discord lets this stuff go through; I don't understand why. I made a mistake—I didn't mean to send that media; it was by accident.

I was really stupid in that moment, and that's something I regret. Also, Discord, if you're reading this, I've got one thing to say: If you're not going to allow something that isn't safe for your Terms of Service and you let that stuff go through, that's an embarrassing look for you.

My account was banned a couple weeks ago because of this server that I was in that got deleted. The server was deleted because of child endangerment.

Normally when discord is about to get rid of a server, they give you a warning to leave the server so that you're safe.

That's not what happened this time.

The only reason that I was in this server is because I had nitro for 2 years at the time, & i was in 100+ servers. I always joined random servers because they have animated stickers & emojis.

I had nothing to do with the server being banned either because not once did I chat or participate in that server.

I asked for them to review the ban & they declined my appeal.

This is very unprofessional on their behalf, & I'm extremely willing to sue them just for this unprofessionalism. I'm sick & tired of my accounts getting banned for reasons that have nothing to do with me.

so my friend accidentally reported me for scamming and he provided me the contact support accounts, which i did do, then i had to deal with so many bloody steps that he decided to video call myself doing the entire *** process that he forced me to use skrill to sort out any fradulent activities

like seriously, why are you forcing me to use skrill?! my bank (hsbc) can sort out everything and i never buy a single fradulent product/was never involved in scamming people?

and you made me not use my account again and is forced to follow the *** steps to get it back - especially by password resetting because they never provide me a recovery code. this is like some indian tech support scammer ***

Banned account of something my friends did on my account and not me. I've been loyal and had no warnings or suspensions for 8 years. Then one day I lost my account, and my friend who was sleeping over lost his account too because of 'ban evasion' because he was on my internet when I got banned.

My partner and I share an account (made in 2024) for nsfw activities that has got permanently suspended for posting non-consensual content all the content flagged is of myself which is all consensual. I have submitted tickets over this situation now three times with only bot responses, which now believe it or not my main account, personal not shared or anything that i have had since 2014, has been banned because of ban evasion !!!

So wild that even my own personal account that while has connections to the account shared that was suspended, is now also banned and they arent looking at any of my appeals, just clyde replying in bot fashion that i should know why they are banned/suspended.

im looking for someone to actually look into the situations! i understand the protections and why, but ive submitted appeals and can more than prove that nothing was violated and that the allegations are incorrect, but nothing. Theres not even a customer support line thats viable to even try to reach to see if someone could look into this. its ridiculous that even support of social media like reddit or twitter/x cant even get support.

anything from the trust and safety team is completely ignored and dismissed as the bots make rash decisions and are seen as the final reaction without proper review into the situations.

whats worse is the couples account was wrongly reported and suspended because of someone reporting the account/posts despite that its well known couples account and im aware of everything!!! so how is it non consented if being posted by the consenting party?

im disheartened i cant talk or even get responses from an actual operator.

what happened discord ?

the email that I had connected to my account was only on a laptop that broke and now that I don't have that laptop I don't have that email and I don't remember the password so I need to reset the password for my discord and it's actually for two discord accounts so I will tell you the phone numbers since I know those the phone numbers are 918-378-**** and the second one is 918-269-**** so I would like to know if you could do something about it like maybe help me reset my password without the email because every time I try and reset it with just the phone number it says it sent the details to my email which I don't have
